VP of Interactive Marketing
Bayshore Solutions is seeking a VP of eMarketing (Interactive marketing) to oversee the department's client service delivery and participate pre-sales (client) marketing efforts. This person will have responsiblity for P&L, utilization and moral across their team. The VP of eMarketing will work with other senior management, taking an active role in new client and project acquisition mentoring/training/management of team members, deployment of best practices and recruiting of new team members. Overall, the role is expected to be 50% pre-sales strategy and pitch and 50% managing the department and strategic planning. The preferred candidate will possess the following: Proven Interactive Marketing experience in the following industries: Search Engine Marketing & PPC Management/ Social Media, Blogging and eMail Marketing/Web Development/Design/Conversion Metrics/Analystics/Business Consulting/Solutions Selling/Media Management (TV, Radio, Newspaper, Billboard). Experience working with creative agencies/PR agencies. Degree in business/marketing/advertising or 8+ years business experience.

Portfolio Manager
The Portfolio Manager reports directly to the VP of Professional Services and is responsible for the profitability and growth of his or her portfolio. The Portfolio Manager is directly responsible for the delivery of all projects within the portfolio and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. They are also responsible for all aspects of client service for all clients within their portfolio. In collaboration with the National Directors (ND), the Portfolio Manager’s duties include working with the ND in the pre-sales environment creating proposals, statements of work and detailed project plans for customer solutions. Senior Designer
The Senior Designer will work with the professional services team to create innovative, user centered designs for creative projects. The Senior Designer will supervise, oversee work product, and mentor the work of up to 2 designers. Core responsibilites: creates and executes strong design concepts and develops design layouts for a variety of creative projects using Flash, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Cuts completed designs to HTML in a non-WYSIWYG environment. The Designer will manage multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines. Provide guidance to development staff and executes CSS strategies. Supervises, coaches and mentors up to 2 Designers. Performs formal annual and informal quarterly reviews for direct reports.

The Programming Lead may have responsibility for several active projects at any time. The Programming Lead is tasked with providing the architecture, programming, and delivery for their assigned projects. This includes planning, estimation, design, development, issue resolution and quality assurance. The Programming Lead may use team and staff programmers in the delivery of a project, if so they are responsible for overseeing their work to ensure quality. It is common for lead programmers to act as mentors for new or lower-level programmers. The Project Programming Lead reports to the Programming Manager.

Sr. Account Manager
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for the day to day emarketing efforts of their own assigned clients and will be a resource to the clients of all account managers; they will have responsibility for utilization, training, and moral across their team. The Sr. Account Manager will have comprehensive knowledge of account management coordination, media planning and buying, strategic consulting, SEM management, web design and development, email marketing, print advertising, print production and direct mail.
