Microsoft showcases Bayshore Solutions for an online case study for HR-ease. The case study details HR-ease's transition from Linux-based servers to Bayshore Solutions' fully functional Windows-based environment. HR-ease is a small human resources and benefits management company based in Tampa. Bayshore Solutions was able to provided HR-ease with several Windows applications to help facilitate the company's supportive structure for its customers.

Three years in a row Bayshore Solutions has been awarded one of the Top 20 Interactive Agencies in the country. B-to-B Magazine is a national publication for marketing strategists that delivers editorial on all disciplines of business-to-business marketing. B-to-B Magazine sited strong revenue growth and company expansion as being common among the top 20 agencies, due largely in part, the release stated, to an increase in overall advertising spending.

Recognized by the American Advertising Federation with Addy Award (2003, 2005, &2006)
Bayshore Solutions was awarded the honor of Silver ADDY for their work on the Jon Brunson Outdoors Television website in 2006. The ADDY Awards, sponsored by the AAF, honor excellence in advertising and cultivate the highest creative standards in the industry. There are 210 member clubs nationwide and 14 regional clubs. The Fourth District, of which the TampaBay chapter is a member, has over 2,200 members. With the highest number of entries in the awards event's history, this year's ADDY Awards were a true example of the best-of-the-best advertising in TampaBay.

Bayshore Solutions Deemed Webby Worthy (2005 & 2006)
The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences was founded in 1998 to enhance the creative, technical and professional development of the Internet and Interactive Media. The Academy increases the standard of Internet agencies and interactive firms through international recognition of who is the “best of the web” and who isn’t. Bayshore Solutions’ www.powerdesigninc.us entry was deemed Webby Worthy, a new special recognition program executed by the Academy this year. Of the 4,000 entries received, only 20% were deemed Webby Worthy.

Summit Creative Awards (2006)
Bayshore Solutions came in third, receiving a bronze in the category of “Movie/Film/Music Website” for their work on the Jon Brunson Outdoors TV website. The contest had participants from twenty-six different countries. The Summit Creative Awards has been recognizing excellence in communications for the past twelve years.

Horizon Interactive Awards (2006)
Bayshore Solutions won three awards at the Horizon Interactive Awards Competition. The awards were distributed to Bayshore Solutions based upon entries for three different websites: Jon Brunson Outdoors TV, McWaneScienceCenter, and Swim 'N Sport Swimwear. The Jon Brunson Outdoors TV website won a bronze award in the entertainment category, McWaneScienceCenter's website was awarded a bronze in the Self Promotion/Company Identity Category, and the Swim 'N Sport website turned out a silver award in the category of Sales/E-commerce.

Marketing Sherpa’s Email Marketing Award (2007)
Marketing Sherpa is a research firm specializing in tracking what works in all aspects of marketing. MarketingSherpa provides an award based on results and looking for factors that our research shows are best practices such as testing, segmentation, relevancy, and strategy. Bayshore Solutions marketing email was recognized for the Best Promotional Blast- Direct Sales or Lead Generated Offer. The email was titled Paradigm Learning Thanks a Latte. MarketingSherpa stated, “This is a good solid email campaign, but what really impressed us was the landing page. It's clean, lean and inviting.”
