Executive Vice President and COO
As Executive Vice President and COO of Bayshore Solutions, Mr. Pace oversees all aspects of Bayshore Solutions’ client service delivery and operational functions. Mr. Pace has helped lead Bayshore Solutions to become one of a few nationally recognized technology consulting firms in Florida.
Under Mr. Pace’s guidance Bayshore Solutions has been ranked in the INC 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in the United States (2007, 2008, 2009), Advertising Age Magazine Top US Interactive Agencies (2003 - 2011), and BtoB Magazine Top 20 Interactive Agencies (2004 - 2005, 2007 - 2011). The firm has been selected as a US Chamber of Commerce Blue Ribbon Small Business Award (2008 - 2011), the Greater Tampa Chamber Business of the Year (2007), a finalist for the United States Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year (2008, 2009), and recognized by Microsoft as the Global Partner of the Year (2004). Over the last nine years the firm has won multiple ADDY, Web Marketing, Summit Marketing, and Horizon Marketing awards.
Prior to joining Bayshore Solutions, Mr. Pace was a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young LLP. In his time with Ernst & Young Mr. Pace worked with many Fortune 500 companies to define and implement technology solutions. Additionally, in his time at Ernst & Young, Mr. Pace was responsible for the development of EY Online – Ernst and Young’s Internal Knowledge Management Platform.
Mr. Pace holds leadership positions with The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce (Board Member), The University of Florida’s College of Engineering Advisory Board (Board Member), The Hillsborough County Academy of Information Technology Advisory Board (Board Member), IT Florida (Board Member), The St. Petersburg Grand Prix (Past Board Member), and the Pinellas County Metropolitan Planning Organization (Past Board Member). Furthermore, Mr. Pace is an active member of Leadership Tampa Bay, The Tampa Bay Technology Forum, The Tampa Bay Partnership, and the Florida Venture Forum. Mr. Pace graduated from the University of Florida, with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
