As Vice President of Bayshore Solutions, Ian Dyer is directly responsible for his individual teams operations, financial health, and delivery of client services.

Prior to joining Bayshore Solutions, Mr. Dyer was a Senior Consultant with Accenture LLC. In his time with Accenture, Mr. Dyer worked with leading utility companies worldwide to deliver strategic work and asset management transformation programs that standardize all production functions including organization structure, business process, and technology integration.  Additionally, in his time at Accenture, Mr. Dyer lead a team of client and internal resources in the delivery of high-quality, reliable, on demand web-based application for a Top 5 US Telecommunications company.
 
Mr. Dyer graduated from the University of Florida, with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. During his time at UF, Mr. Dyer was awarded the opportunity to work alongside Walt Disney World Industrial Engineers with the implementation of optimal transportation (boats, buses, monorails) tracking and service throughout its Orlando, FL parks.
