TAMPA, FL, November 2010 — Bayshore Solutions is proud to announce their most recent achievement for the Web redesign for the Christine’s Hope for Kids Foundation. This is the fifth Interactive Media award that Bayshore Solutions has won this year.

The judging consisted of various criteria, including overall professional Web presence, design, usability, innovation in technical features, standards compliance and content. In order to win an Outstanding Achievement award level, Christine’s Hope for Kids Foundation website had to meet strict guidelines in each area - an achievement only a fraction of sites in the IMA competition earn each year.

President and CEO Kevin Hourigan noted, “Bayshore Solutions is honored to be a part of creating a professional Web presence for Christine’s Hope for Kids. That presence helps the organization accomplish their mission of helping underprivileged kids through donations and supporting local community agencies. Bayshore Solutions provided a full Web redesign, re-development and Web hosting for the Christine’s Hope for Kids Foundation website, a Non Profit Charitable Organization established to help underprivileged children have a better life. The website was formed to carry on the mission of Christine Gianacaci who on a mission trip lost her life in the major earthquake in Haiti in January 2010. The mission of the foundation is to continue Christine Gianacaci’s spirit and loving qualities; to help less fortunate children; and to support local community agencies that work with and benefit children.

The Internet development team wanted this website to be an effective tool to raise money, support Christine’s Hope for Kids Foundation’s mission to portray the values of teaching and communicating the idea that every person can make a difference each day by helping others and being kinder. Christine’s Hope for Kids Foundation wanted a website that would tell their story and assist with spreading the word and obtaining donations to fund their mission. Users can give donations, purchase merchandise and signup for newsletters in order to stay informed and watch videos placed throughout the website at www.ChristinesHope.org.

A professional Web presence was needed to provide constant communication and interaction with social networking tools such as Facebook and blogging. In addition to the core module, the website integrates with a PayPal shopping cart, WordPress blog and a Facebook fan page API.

The Internet development team Bayshore Solutions, implemented their Web Modules CMS to allow Christine’s Hope to have the capability to readily manage the content on their website. Authorized administrators are able to update, add or delete the content in content-managed pages and databases on the website. Included also are advanced features of specific design modules and form builders. 

Bayshore Solutions also partnered with Ren Scott Studios for video production on the site.
