 Bayshore Solutions Launches New Website for Feline Rescue, Adoption, Education and Resource Center, Cat Depot
Custom website with personalized donation and greeting card generator developed for local Sarasota-based non-profit Cat Depot
 TAMPA, FL, March, 2012 – Tampa Web development company, Bayshore Solutions, is pleased to announce the launch of a new custom Rescue, Adoption, Education and Resource Center website design for Cat Depot. Bayshore Solutions created the website to encourage users to keep revisiting the site for cat features, news and information.
Cat Depot is a nonprofit, no-kill feline rescue, adoption, education and resource center dedicated to helping abandoned, homeless and injured cats and kittens with medical care, food and love. A leader in feline health care and mental well-being, Cat Depot houses over 100 cats and kittens on any day. The nonprofit organization has changed the destiny of thousands of formerly homeless felines, currently living joyful lives because of donations and support by members and volunteers.
Cat Depot came to Bayshore Solutions in need of a more contemporary website design that was easy to navigate, easy to update and made it easy for users to make donations. Cat Depot also needed the ability to make real-time updates to their online presence to accommodate communicating the daily changes in their feline guest roster as cats are rescued, sheltered and then placed into loving homes from their facility. Through the new website, Cat Depot aims to encourage adoptions, increase online donations and share rescue information, volunteer opportunities and resource information.

Bayshore Solutions provided Cat Depot a custom website design that incorporates their brand specific colors throughout the website and includes actual Cat Depot images in the homepage slideshow module. Visitors to the website can now donate to Cat Depot directly through PayPal, and take a virtual tour of the facility viewing YouTube videos from each room in the interactive floor plan.
To facilitate community and advocate engagement, a custom ecard function was integrated to the website to allow website visitors to select from an array of custom created cat cards. With this feature, users can donate to Cat Depot, then personalize their own Cat Depot branded greeting card and send the cards to commemorate holidays, get well, anniversaries and any occasion, or just because.
