Kevin Hourigan was recognized for his impact and honor of Tampa Bay by being named Tampa Bay’s Outstanding Leader of the Year.

The winners were announced during the 32nd annual Small Business of the Year (SBOY) Awards Banquet on September 28 at the Tampa Convention Center. More than 850 attendees celebrated the accomplishments of Tampa Bay’s small business community and toasted the evening’s winners.
