The Florida Manufactured Housing Association, Inc. is an organization of over 900 individual businesses dedicated to the promotion of the best-built home in America: the modern precision-built, factory-constructed home. One of the core functions of FMHA is educating consumers about the advantages of manufactured home ownership and residency in manufactured home communities in Florida.

Challenge
FMHA came to Bayshore Solution in need of a website that would generate an increase in information requests by consumers, generate more sales leads for members and create a member portal where FMHA.org becomes the primary source of information and news for its members.
Solution
Bayshore Solutions delivered a custom website design to allow FMHA to easily update and manage website content including latest news, education and information through the integration of Bayshore Solutions’ content management system, WebModules CMS. A new website feature also lets members login to a secure, password-protected member’s area to easily access current information and news about the industry.
Results
In the first 3 months since website launch:
- Non-branded organic traffic increased 35%
- Number of keyword phrases bringing traffic to the site increased 44%
- Referral to FMHA member sites from fmha.org increased 153%
