Challenge

The Florida Holocaust Museum partnered with Bayshore Solutions to create a visually appealing website to reflect their mission and goals through the use of website design, web development and a content management system.

Curator of Exhibitions and Collections Erin Blankenship noted, “The Florida Holocaust Museum uses the lessons of the Holocaust to teach diversity, hope, and coexistence.The museum honors the memory of the millions who suffered or died in the Holocaust as well victims of other genocides.  We want or visitors walk away empowered to make positive changes in their communities.”

Solution

The Tampa web development company created a website that would appeal to a diverse audience and have the functionality to encourage more visits to their museum as well as create a custom website design that was specific to The Florida Holocaust’s needs.

The Florida Holocaust Museum has the capability to readily manage the content on their website through the use of the Web Modules 2.0 Content management system.

Tampa-based firm Bayshore Solutions, incorporated Flash elements for the homepage and created navigation tabs to include featured items that are often inquired such as tours, education and events.
