Challenge

Murphy Business & Financial Services, Inc. needed to combat a spam problem that they could not solve with their existing Anti-Spam solution. Employees were receiving e-mails with explicit content, advertisements, and legitimate e-mails were being flagged as spam and never reaching employees. Using software based and open-source solutions to try to combat the problem, these were not successful alone and required a more constant monitoring and tuning by a trained engineer to achieve the desired measurable results they wanted to achieve.

Bayshore Solutions provided Murphy Business & Financial Corporation reliable secure protection for their e-mail. Tracking, evaluating and implementing the MX Logic protection services provide enterprise class e-mail filtering for spam and viruses. This improves spam detection accuracy and decreases the amount of Spam entering the network allowing their employees a better effective use of their e-mail.  This system filters all e-mail before it reaches the corporate network and e-mail server off-loading the processing of the e-mails and keeping all spam from ever entering the corporate network and e-mail servers.
