As Bayshore Solutions’ Director of Corporate Marketing, Kimberly McCormick is focused on corporate messaging, positioning, initiative execution management, and generating cost effective leads that quickly convert to sales.
Ms. McCormick brings a 20-year marketing background with businesses in the Pacific Northwest, US Southwest and international Asia-Pacific locations. She has played key marketing roles in the successes of turn-arounds, start-ups, non-profits, multinational corporate and mid-sized business organizations. Her industry involvement ranges from a multi-national chamber of commerce, to telecommunications, national software retail, systems integration, healthcare insurance benefits, manufacturing, and to advertising agency experience. Prior to joining Bayshore Solutions, Ms. McCormick served in marketing management for GTE Pacifica (now Verizon Pacific), and as Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce for the US Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Most recently she was Vice President for a Tampa marketing agency, growing it from start-up to a client base including national brands including Alcoa, and across business lines including pharmaceutical development, smart-card & embedded technologies, building materials, apparel design & manufacturing and credit union organizations. Kimberly McCormick earned her Bachelors degree in both Telecommunications and Business Marketing, as well as her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Oregon. She has been honored with a Peak Performer award by Sales Marketing Executives International, and earned a Distinguished Individual Achievement award from GTE Pacifica. In addition to her professional duties, Kimberly participates as a member of the American Marketing Association, and the Tampa Bay Technology Forum.
