Challenges
Viaero Wireless’ previous website was built by an overseas company on an older version of the Sitefinity CMS, which left it unstable and the code was very messy. They needed a website update and redesign to fix the coding issues, enhance the user experience and, most importantly, turn it into an eCommerce engine. Viaero Wireless also needed ongoing support and maintenance after parting ways with their previous development company.Solution
Viaero Wireless came to Bayshore Solutions because they needed a local partner with extensive Sitefinity experience. Bayshore was able to deliver on all fronts and made enhancements to the site, including designing for lead generation, updating the functionality of their services pages and building a map finder to allow consumers to see if they could receive Viaero Wireless service in their area. Bayshore used their eCommerce expertise to add the ability to shop directly on the website and coach Viaero Wireless on how to best position their products to maximize sales.
Bayshore also connected Viaero Wireless’ website to HubSpot to help with their digital marketing efforts. The integration allows Bayshore to help with their lead management, email nurturing and recording of data.

Results
Since Viaero Wireless does not have any internal development, Bayshore Solutions is now the extension of their team that they rely on to maintain the website. Since the launch of their redesigned website, Viaero Wireless has experienced:
- 58% increase in direct sessions
- 37% increase in organic sessions
- 28% increase in average session duration time
