WilsonHCG, a global talent recruitment firm, needs to communicate well online with both candidates and companies around the world. They aim to transform the way companies think about the recruitment function. When it was time to refresh an outdated company website, they chose a digital agency partner whose headquarters—like theirs—is located in Tampa.

A New Website Befitting a Thought Leader

As a thought leader in the recruitment space, WilsonHCG strives to convey their up-to-the-minute knowledge and expertise in the industry. While they were happy with their brand color palette and logo, their dated looking website did not accurately convey that modern sensibility.

They also felt that it did not capture their unique company culture, something that sets them apart from competitors. Their culture offered opportunities for content marketing.

Solution

Targeted Content for a User-Friendly Site
Bayshore Solutions redesigned the WilsonHCG site using Hubspot CMS. They sat down with the client to understand their goals and their vision, then conducted a content strategy exercise to figure out what types of content (blogs, case studies, white papers) would resonate with the target audience.

The Bayshore Content Team blended writing fundamentals with SEO keyword research to create optimized website copy that appeals to users and search engines.

The Bayshore Solutions team created an enhanced website architecture using a new sitemap and wireframes to map out their ideas for an easy-to-use navigation that appeals to users and search engine crawlers alike. They also recommended and built a resource library to house blog posts, research reports, case studies, and other resources. They built out the site using the client’s color palette and stock photography to create a fresh, clean look.
